The Hilo Orchid Society Scholarship is offered to a Hawaii resident, full-time student of University of Hawaii at Hilo with a major in a discipline related to the science, hybridization or production of orchids or other semi-tropical flowering plants. Preference is given to persons interested in orchid culture.

Proof of registration is required along with a referral from a class professor. A follow-up report is required to verbally thank the Hilo Orchid Society membership.

Scholarship Amount: $500.00
